RFecho offers global shipping services. We provide estimated shipping and delivery times based on the courier service and destination you choose. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. International orders may incur additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination and are displayed at checkout. To ensure timely delivery, please verify that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all original tags. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

If the return is due to an error on RFecho's part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), we will refund the full amount and cover the return shipping costs. Refund processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days.

Return Procedure : Log into your account, go to the "My Orders" page, select the order you wish to return, and click the return button. We will send you details and updates on your return and refund via email.
